The Affiliate Program is designed to provide you the skills and tools needed to implement our professional program to your school curriculum. After you become an affiliate member, you are enrolled into the ADP, Affiliate Development Program, this program was specifically designed to develop professional level affiliates by training personally with Sifu Francis Fong and Coach Kevin Lee at the affiliate camps.
You are also supplied with professional curriculum materials, video guidance, marketing materials and other benefits to help you grow your program. The ADP is the only path to the rank of Instructorship and the program is only available to Affiliate members of the Francis Fong Instructor Association.

AFFILIATE DEVELOPMENT CAMP
The Francis Fong Instructor Association (FFIA) desires to promote the quality and standards of instruction for all affiliates under the direction and guidance of Sifu Francis Fong. The Affiliate Development Program (ADP) is designed for our Affiliates to gain detailed instructions from the curriculum and work closely with our instructors. All the active FFIA Affiliates are automatically enrolled in the Affiliate Development Program. This will give you the ability to attend the Affiliate Instructor Camp in GA three times per year. All the Affiliate Camps are FREE to all the FFIA Affiliates!
The ADP provides a structured path for individuals to gain the necessary skills and knowledge for instructor certification under Sifu Fong and to teach our Kids Martial Arts Program in accordance to the curriculum. The program itself contains numerous additional drills and and information to educate the current and future instructors. As affiliates, you will learning and growing at these camps. Althought these camps are not required, but it is highly recommended as additional benefits to all the active affiliates.
ONLINE UNIVERSITY
As part of the ADP, all the affiliates will have access to the online video training program that provides curriculum video archive via our website. The video archive is broken down by the the levels of training, ADP Seminars, curriculum and class room drills. The online video training program is aim to be mobile and all Affiliates will be able to access to videos in any location with internet connection on any platform.
The Affiliate University contains the following information:
- ADP event videos (only available to Affiliates)
- Organized curriculum videos
- Class room videos
- Affiliates 101 training session that contains information about setting up the program at your school.

MARKETING MATERIAL/STUDENT RETENTION STRATEGIES
We don’t just teach you the curriculum, we also show you how you are able to build your kids program and implementing strategies that can make a difference at your school! As a part of our FFIA-Kids Affiliates, we provide success business models to all of our members. The material includes office procedures, lead follow-ups, student retention, in-class strategies and many more!
STAFF TRAINING/ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM
The Assistant Instructor Program is designed for those individuals who are on the instructor path and are currently teaching at a current affiliate school. The Assistant Instructor are authorized as fully licensed to teach the FFIA curriculum under an active FFIA affiliate with supervised. As an active FFIA affiliate, you may add assistant instructors to your school for $75 each per month.

- One free admission to FFIA Affiliate Training Camp
- The ability to test for Instructorship under FFIA.
MONTHLY TUITION/LICENSE FEE
The monthly tuition /license fee to become an affiliated instructor/Academy is only $150 per month! This will give you the license to publicly market yourself as Affiliated Academy with Francis Fong Instructor Association using official logo and imagery. You will also be recognized as an active Affiliate on our Active Affiliate Page.
